Обязанности
Actively seek out and contact potential clients to introduce and promote our company's products/services.
Deliver customer service through online and phone support.
Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments.
Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments, and requests.
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Collect data about customers' problems.
Требования
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different situations and personalities.
Customer service skills.
Ability to work under strict deadlines and pressure.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Ability to work as a part of a team.
Ability to be patient and understanding.
Ability to work in flexible shifts and on-site.
Experience in the field is a plus.
