The Manoogian Simone College of Business and Economics (CBE) at the American University of Armenia (AUA) is seeking Assistant/Associate Professors in Marketing starting in the Fall of 2024. Full-time faculty positions at the AUA typically involve teaching three courses per semester, pursuing research activities, and providing university and public service.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Key responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the mentioned and related/interdisciplinary fields. Expanding one’s research portfolio is encouraged while engaging in cross-disciplinary synergies among the breadth of expertise at the University. In addition to teaching and research, faculty are expected to contribute to the community and university service for the advancement of the AUA mission and vision.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Ph.D. degree in the mentioned disciplines received from English-language programs in accredited universities;
Teaching experience in a university setting;
Experience in implementing innovative teaching techniques;
Active record of research and scholarship;
Experience in an international setting or teaching non-native English speakers is a plus.
This is a full-time position requiring residence in Armenia.

Compensation: Compensation is commensurate with university-wide pay scale, qualifications and experience. AUA offers competitive benefit packages. Foreign faculty will be offered a housing subsidy, health coverage and an annual round-trip airfare.

Հայաստանի ամերիկյան համալսարան մասնավոր, անկախ համալսարան է, որը հիմնվել է 1991 թվականին Երևանում։ Համալսարանը միակ հայկական ուսումնական հաստատությունն է, որը հիմք է ընդունում արևմտյան ոճի բարձրագույն կրթությունը՝ առանձնահատուկ ուշադրություն դարձնելով ուսուցման, հետազոտությունների և ծառայության բարձր որակը ապահովելու անհրաժեշտության վրա։ Ներկայումս համալսարանը առաջարկում է մագիստրոսի կոչում հետևյալ ութ մասնագիտություններում՝ բիզնեսի կառավարում, արդյունաբերական ճարտարագիտություն և համակարգերի կառավարում, համակարգչի գիտություն և տեղեկույթի գիտություն, քաղաքական գիտություն, հասարակական առողջապահության, իրավագիտություն (համեմատական իրավաբանական հետազոտություններ) և անգլերեն լեզվի ուսուցում և դասավանդմում որպես օտար լեզու և բակալավրի կոչում հետևյալ երեք մասնագիտություններում՝ բիզնես, անգլերեն և կապ, հաշվարկային գիտություններ։ Առաջարկելով այս ծրագրերի անգլերեն, ՀԱՀ ձգտում է հասանելի դառնալ տարածաշրջանի այլ երկրների բարձր որակավորում ունեցող անձանց համար։ Ուսումնական ծրագիրի Նախապատրաստական փուլում ՀԱՀ-ը իր ուսանողներին է առաջարկում անգլերեն լեզվի և համակարգչային ծրագրեր ուսուցում։ Բացի դրանից, ՀԱՀ-ի ուսանողները կարող են ստանալ միջդիսցիպլինար վկայական Շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության բնագավառում։
