We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Хэштег#Senior Хэштег#UX/Хэштег#UI_Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 7+ years of experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful products both for web and native platforms (iOS, Android).

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
● Conduct user and market research,
● Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively, communicate design concepts and solutions,
● Conduct usability testing to define problems, objectives and goals,
● Ensure design consistency and maintain design system across all digital platforms,
● Work closely with developers to ensure design implementation meets design specifications and requirements,
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
● 7+ years of experience as a Senior UX/UI Designer or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful products both for web and native platforms (iOS, Android)
● Experience conducting user and market research
● Experience conducting usability testing
● Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
● Strong knowledge of Figma, including auto-layout, components, etc
● Experience in creating and supporting Design Systems
● Strong communication and collaboration skills
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Strong understanding of alignment between UX and business objectives
● Project management skills & knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
