An ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in oncology and biology (preferably PhD), with a willingness to continue learning, along with a keen interest in marketing and communication.

The marketing team is responsible for shaping the company’s brand image through presentations at scientific conferences, scientific publications, awards, and other avenues. As a member of this team, you will contribute to planning and executing successful marketing campaigns. This includes creating various types of content such as text for brochures, presentations, product descriptions, website copy, blog posts, and social media updates.

• Generate ideas aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
• Conduct in-depth research and interviews with subject matter experts to gather accurate information.
• Understand the company, products, and industry to represent them in content creation.
• Understand the audience to tailor content accordingly for maximum impact.
• Create original content that is engaging, informative, well-structured, clearly written, and relevant to the target audience.
• Revise and edit content meticulously before publication to ensure clarity and accuracy.
• SEO optimization: ensure that content is optimized for search engines to improve visibility and reach.
• Develop strategies for distributing content across various channels and platforms.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including bioinformaticians, clinicians, and designers to understand project requirements and deliver effective messaging.
• Meet deadlines while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Pursue continuous learning opportunities to enhance writing skills, stay updated on industry best practices, and explore new content formats and techniques.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• PhD in Biology / Bioinformatics / Oncology or a related field. Alternatively MD oncologist with a strong interest in biology and bioinformatics.
• Experience in copywriting or other relevant experience (a portfolio with relevant writing samples).
• Experience in marketing is not obligatory, as long as you are willing to learn.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and thinking outside the box.
• Ability to collaborate and work with feedback.
• English and Russian language proficiency.
