Deluxe Holiday Homes, a Dubai-based leading vacation rental and property management company, is expanding its footprint to Yerevan, Armenia. We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our business objectives and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of business processes. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our organization and drive business value.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements;
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements using techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis;
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria;
• Work closely with the development team to ensure that requirements are understood and implemented correctly;
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and the development team throughout the project lifecycle;
• Conduct impact analysis and risk assessment to identify potential risks and dependencies during new features development;
• Provide support during user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate feedback and resolution of issues;
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of documentation, including business process flows, system diagrams, and user guides.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• 4+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and requirements;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
• Strong proficiency in English, demonstrated through written and verbal communication skills;
• Solid understanding of business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools;
• Experience with task and knowledge management tools, such as Jira and Confluence;
• Experience with diagramming tools such as Lucidchart is preferred;
• Familiarity with modeling languages such as UML or BPMN, enabling effective communication and documentation of business requirements and processes;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
• Flexibility to travel occasionally, as needed, for stakeholder meetings, workshops, or project engagements.
