Galaxy Group of Companies is looking for analytically oriented, qualified and highly motivated person for Chief Finance Officer for one of our companies.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Undertake strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning of the company;
Implement and continuously improve the existing financial practices/processes;
Responsible for the implementation of financial policy of the company, as well as for overseeing both finance and accounting operations;
Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement;
Report the top management on financial situation of the company and on results of the financial operations;
Analyze profitability, prepare forecasts and budget /business planning/ vs. actual analysis;
Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports;
Supervise staff in both finance and accounting departments.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Not less than 2 years of job experience in managerial positions in finance and accounting;
Master’s Degree or equivalent in Economics/Accounting/Finance; ACCA or CFA is preferred;
Knowledge of Accountancy and Financial business processes and reporting standards, RA Tax Legislation, IFRS;
Budgeting and budget management skills;
Strong analytical skills;
Strong managerial skills;
Written and verbal communication skills of Armenian and English, Russian;
Conflict, stress and time management;
Ability to achieve results and meet strict deadlines in an effective manner;
Detail and result-oriented.
