We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative who is fluent in Arabic. The ideal candidate will have experience in the gambling industry and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This role involves assisting customers with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support through various channels such as email, chat, and phone.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Provide high-quality customer support in Arabic to our clients.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Assist customers with account management, game-related questions, and technical issues.
Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Stay updated on industry trends, company products, and services.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Previous experience in customer support, preferably within the gambling industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM systems and other customer support tools.
Knowledge of the gambling industry regulations and best practices.
