Courtyard By Marriott, Yerevan is looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead our talented team of maintenance professionals!

Oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations to ensure optimal functionality and safety of the hotel premises.
Lead and mentor a team of skilled technicians, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Schedule and prioritize tasks, including routine maintenance, repairs, and special projects.
Implement innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.

Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Proficiency in Armenian and English
Solid understanding of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Technical degree or relevant certification is a plus.
