Who we are

Description

The Hotel Front Desk Agent at The Stellar Hotels is the person who greets the Guests at the hotel. The key duties include but are not limited to registering guests, distributing room keys and verifying reservations. The Hotel Front Desk Agent is also tasked with helping Guests with any questions or complaints.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

What we expect from you:

Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
Perform all the check-in and check-out tasks
Answer Telephone calls to the Guests’ satisfaction including providing information about payment methods
Process payments, verify Guests’ credit card data
Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates
Respond to Guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
Liaise with our housekeeping and Engineering staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
Maintain updated records of bookings and payments

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Our ideal candidate would have:

Higher education, preferably in Linguistics, Hotel Management or related field
Fluency in Armenian, Russian and English Languages
Experience with hotel reservations software is desirable
Guest service attitude
Stress-resistant
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Attention to details
