Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

• Develop and oversee the annual budget planning process, taking into account revenue projections, cost analysis, and strategic goals.
• Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize revenue streams and control expenses.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and adjustments to ensure the resort's financial health and stability.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable contracts with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
• Foster effective communication channels with staff, guests, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Address any concerns or issues raised by staff or guests promptly.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to department heads and employees, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Foster a positive work environment where all team members feel valued, motivated, and empowered to contribute to the resort's success.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and expansion, leveraging market insights and industry trends.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
• Implement operational best practices and standards to enhance guest satisfaction and overall guest experience.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 6+ of progressive experience in hotel management or resort operations, with a focus on financial planning and leadership.
• Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian, both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of finance, budgeting processes, and financial analysis.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable contracts and partnerships.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team to achieve common goals.
• General understanding of the hospitality industry, including guest service standards and operational best practices.
