Fastex is on a search for IT Project Manager to join our team.

Fastex ecosystem serves as a branded house for diverse Web3 products and solutions, including the Bahamut blockchain, Fasttoken official cryptocurrency, Fastex Exchange, Fastex Pay software solution, Fastexverse, and the new generation e-commerce platform - ftNFT Marketplace.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within the product team, ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and business goals.
Define various processes scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with product managers and stakeholders.
Coordinate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to prioritize features, user stories, and tasks for implementation.
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, and retrospectives.
Provide regular project updates and reports to stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, milestones, and challenges.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the product team, optimizing processes and workflows to enhance productivity and quality.
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product development and project management.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
1+ years of experience managing IT projects in a product development environment, preferably with a focus on software or digital products.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
