Աշխատանքի նկարագրություն՝

The successful candidate will be response for the design, implementation and maintenance of Windows/Linux network security systems built on Kaspersky Lab products

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Holding on presentations of technical of products (solutions) for partners and customers.
Solutions technical presale , communication with the customer’s specialist
Consulting on the use and operation of solutions
Preliminary study of the customer's IT infrastructure for pilot projects implementation and further integration
Architecture development based on technical analysis and customer needs.
Preparation of technical sizing for implementation of solutions
Pilot deployment, installation, and settings of solutions as in the laboratory conditions, also in the end user’s company.
Preparing and conducting the program and method of testing (PMT)
Consulting on the occurring problem with the usage and conducting technical support of solutions.
Preparing of descriptions, instructions for the technical support.
Explore and certify new products / disciplines.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Minimum 2 years of IT / Information Security solutions implementation and / or technical support experience
Knowledge of the networking protocols’ principles, the principles of networking building
Understanding of backup and recovery technologies and processes.
Practical skills of working with various virtualization environments: VMware, Hyper-V (required), KVM (advantage).
Experience in installing, administering, and supporting server software and operating systems Windows and Linux
Storage deployment and maintenance experience (welcomed)
Knowledge of the server hardware (preferred) and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems.
Good knowledge of Russian (colloquial and written) and English (technical)
Working with technical documentation, written and verbal communication with the vendor's specialists
Certificates would be an advantage
