As we expand our operations, we're looking for a Kotlin Backend Developers Lead to join our dynamic team.

In this position, you will be at the forefront of our backend development efforts, steering our development team towards success.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team dedicated to building scalable, high-performance systems that drive our innovative solutions forward.

Working closely with your team and in tight cooperation with the business client, you will design, develop, and implement backend services that are critical to our product's functionality.

• Lead the Kotlin development team, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of scalable backend services.
• Architect high-performance systems that meet our business requirements and scalability needs.
• Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and maintainability to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and devops engineers to ensure seamless integration and alignment with project goals.
• Mentor and support team members through code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and providing technical guidance.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in technology to drive innovation within the team and our projects.
• Accurately report progress and challenges to stakeholders regularly.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• Strong proficiency in Kotlin/Java and experience with Spring Framework.
• 5+ experience in leading a development team, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud services (we use Azure).
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.
• Excellent English and Russian language (B2 at least)
