We are looking for a Mid-level Product Designer ready to have his/her input on new and existing products that would positively impact the financial life of regular citizens and entrepreneurs of Armenia.
As a Mid-level Product Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the product meets the user's needs while aligning with business goals.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

User-Centric Design:

• Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user behaviors, needs, and pain points.
• Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform the design process.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with user-centered design principles.

Design Strategy and Planning:

• Collaborate with product owners to define product goals, features, and design requirements.
• Develop design strategies that align with the product vision and business objectives.
• Participate in project planning, timelines, and sprint cycles to ensure on-time delivery of design assets.

Visual Design:

• Design visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that follow established brand guidelines.
• Develop and maintain design systems and pattern libraries to ensure design consistency across the product ecosystem.
• Use industry best practices in typography, color theory, and layout to enhance the overall visual aesthetics of the product.

Usability Testing and Iteration:

• Conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and validate design assumptions.
• Analyze user feedback and metrics to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs accordingly.
• Work closely with development teams during the implementation phase to realize the design vision effectively.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to balance technical and business constraints with design goals.
• Communicate design concepts and rationale effectively to various stakeholders and obtain buy-in for design decisions.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• 4+ years of product design experience, focusing on user-centered design methodologies.
• Analytical mindset
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design patterns.
• Experience in mobile app design
• Experience in creating and managing design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in working with Agile teams.
• Intermediate level of English
