Fastex is on a search for an Operations Manager to join our team.

Fastex ecosystem serves as a branded house for diverse Web3 products and solutions, including the Bahamut blockchain, Fasttoken official cryptocurrency, Fastex Exchange, Fastex Pay software solution, Fastexverse and the new generation e-commerce platform - ftNFT Marketplace.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Oversee daily operations of the exchange, ensuring all systems and processes run smoothly.
Monitor trading activities, transaction processing, and customer support to ensure optimal performance.
Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including KYC/AML policies.
Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with the IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and features.
Participate in the development and implementation of efficient processes to enhance operational effectiveness.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency industry.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth and operational excellence.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Proficiency in relevant software applications and business management tools.
