Fastex is on a search for a P2P Specialist to join our team.

Fastex ecosystem serves as a branded house for diverse Web3 products and solutions, including the Bahamut blockchain, Fasttoken official cryptocurrency, Fastex Exchange, Fastex Pay software solution, Fastexverse, and the new generation e-commerce platform - ftNFT Marketplace.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the P2P trading platform, ensuring its smooth
and secure operation
• Work closely with the customer support team to address user inquiries, disputes, and issues
related to P2P trading promptly and effectively
• Identify potential merchants on new markets and establish and maintain relationships with them
to promote P2P trading on our platform
• Continuously monitor and evaluate current offerings in the P2P trading section, making necessary
adjustments to enhance the user experience
• Proactively implement strategies to increase the volume of transactions in the P2P trading section
• Develop and present tailored, individualized offers to P2P users to meet their specific trading
needs

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 year of prior job experience required in a similar role
• Knowledge of fluent English and Russian is required
• Knowledge of CEX / DEX operations and structure is a must
• Experience in Fintech and Web3
• Proven ability to identify and resolve issues within the P2P Trading
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• A high degree of accuracy and attention to details
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience of the P2P trading on crypto exchanges will be a big plus
