Hosteeva, a leading hospitality company, is seeking a dynamic Pricing and Revenue Manager to optimize pricing strategies and maximize revenue across our portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a keen understanding of market dynamics, and a passion for driving business growth through strategic pricing decisions.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and occupancy across all properties.
- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand forecasts to adjust pricing strategies in real-time.
- Utilize data analytics tools and revenue management systems to monitor performance and identify revenue optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and operations to align pricing strategies with business objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and generate reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as RevPAR, ADR, and occupancy rates.
- Continuously evaluate and refine pricing models to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in revenue management to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Finance, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or related field within the hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and revenue management systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of distribution channels, online travel agencies (OTAs), and direct booking strategies is preferred.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
