About: TokenWin is an innovative crypto casino company with a diverse international team. We’re growing rapidly and plan to expand our current team of 50 to about 150 in the next six months.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates through effective communication and support.
Negotiate terms and conditions of partnership agreements.
Provide timely responses to affiliate inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare regular reports for management, summarizing affiliate activity and campaign performance.
Stay informed about changes in regulations and adjust affiliate marketing strategies accordingly.
Identify potential strategic partnerships and collaboration opportunities within the iGaming space.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field..
Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or similar role within the iGaming industry.
In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing principles and best practices.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, affiliate tracking platforms).
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the iGaming sector.
Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
