DialTel is an international Steady-growing telecommunications company, established in 2013, that provides various Voice and Messaging Telecommunications services and solutions.

About the role

Being under supervision of Head of Messaging, NOC Engineer is responsible to ensure maximum possible service availability and performance.

In this role, you will contribute to the growth of our Messaging platforms, offering SMS Messaging, and powerful APIs to businesses of different sizes.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

- Provide Tech Support within the frameworks of the department requirements

- Help customers with API integrations, A2P Connectivity

- Manage connection troubleshooting settings and API integrations, A2P Connectivity

- Work closely with the Email Design on assigned Projects and Tasks

- Support and maintain the Global Messaging infrastructure, including security, standards, and policy enforcement

- Investigate all the cases reported by the client on the traffic quality, new feature requests, disputes, and others

- Monitor and apply necessary routing configurations to ensure highest message delivery

-Fulfil other tasks as required.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

At least 2 years’ experience as a Technical Support Specialist, NOC Engineer (in SMS)
Solid understanding of ALARIS system
Outstanding knowledge of API integrations, A2P Connectivity
Detail oriented and good problem-solving skills
Proven written communication skills in English
Strong time management and planning skills
Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
Work experience in Telecommunications area.
