Imagine Live is looking for a Team Manager to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and monitoring team’s performance.

The job is shift-based.

Shifts

1st day: 08:00-16:00
2nd day: 16:00-24:00
3rd day: 24:00-08:00

After these 3 working days, employees have 2 days off and return to work with the same shifts.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Set goals and targets for the team to improve their progress toward goals
Provide an individualized approach to each team member to better asses strengths and skills
Provide effective feedback to management, as well as to team members regarding their performance
Track on daily basis team members' procedural and technical skills, attendance and apparel to be in line with requirements
Manage daily activities of the team
Make reports and evaluations for each team member
Support employees with training and development activities
Inspire and motivate team members

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Experience in related field will be a plus
Knowledge of Armenian and English languages
Leadership and communication skills
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Be able to communicate efficiently – both written and verbally
Be trustworthy and efficient
Prior experience would be a plus
Manage daily activities of the team
