Our product will be a new international payment system in the market, which enables our customers (financial organizations) to facilitate instant payments between accounts. This role requires creation of technical documentations, API specifications, administration and support of product-related systems, integration of our low-code application (based on BPMN 2.0) with the financial organization systems. Ensuring the quality and accuracy of completed documents and tasks will be one of your primary focus areas.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

• Analyze existing systems, including software applications, databases, and infrastructure components, to understand their functionality, architecture, and data flows
• Analyze customer requirements and suggest the best solutions based on the company’s internal regulations, documentation, and resources
• Design and develop workflows, business rules, and decision logic using low-code platforms (based on BPMN 2.0)
• Work with customer technical teams, support product integration process
• Understanding of relational databases, ability write and execute SQL queries
• Develop and maintain APIs for data exchange, supporting formats such as JSON and XML
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for the system, APIs, integration workflows, and product flows
• Work closely with other teams inside the organization, create technical assignments, monitor their implementation
• Develop and execute test plans and scenarios to validate the functionality and performance of integrated systems
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization to enhance overall system performance and efficiency

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• Higher Technical or other relevant education
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role (System Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, etc.)
• Good knowledge of APIs technologies (Rest/Soap)
• Proven experience in creating technical documentation, including specifications, workflows, and diagrams (BPMN, UML)
• Experience in cross-functional integration
• Strong understanding of data exchange formats such as JSON, XML
• Proven experience of working with databases using SQL
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
• Excellent knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English languages
• Experience using low-code development platforms is highly desirable
• Familiarity with using ISO 20022 is also highly desirable
