We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented fund development specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with donors, as well as contributing to the overall growth and success of the fund.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Research opportunities.

• Conducting research to identify potential donors, the most responsive industries and companies in them.

• Tracking trends in the development of the charity sector in Armenia.

• Analyzing activity of other funds for potential cooperation; development of a plan for possible interaction.

• Identification and qualification of potential donors by all possible channels, including calls, events, internet.

• If necessary, cooperation with marketing teams to develop effective strategies for expanding audience reach.

Management of relationships with donors.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with donors (individuals and legal entities) to ensure satisfaction and repeat donations.

• Developing relationships with new donors and key stakeholders to understand their needs and mutually beneficial long-term cooperation.

Donor Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with donors (individuals and businesses) to ensure satisfaction and repeat donations.

• Developing relationships with new donors and key stakeholders to understand their needs and mutually beneficial long-term cooperation.

Proposal development:

• Preparation and presentation of mutually beneficial cooperation proposals to potential donors.

• Collaborate with the foundation team to develop customized solutions that meet donor requirements.

Attracting donations and negotiations:

• Negotiating and concluding agreements with donors to achieve donation goals.

• Work with the foundation team to implement foundation development initiatives and achieve fundraising goals.

Reporting and analysis:

• Providing regular reports on fund development activities.

• Analysis of key performance indicators to assess the success of the fund's development strategy.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• Высшее образование.
• Владение английским и русским языками.
• Подтвержденный опыт работы в сфере развития бизнеса (если имеется опыт в сфере благотворительности) или в аналогичной должности.
• Понимание принципов привлечения потенциальных доноров и спонсоров, управления взаимоотношениями с ними.
• Отличные коммуникативные и презентационные навыки, как письменные, так и устные.
• Стратегическое мышление и способность разрабатывать и реализовывать эффективные планы развития фонда.
• Сильные навыки ведения переговоров и заключения сделок.
• Способность работать в команде.
• Ориентированность на результат и самомотивация с акцентом на достижение и превышение поставленных целей.
