Job description:

The incumbent will be responsible for the back office functions related to the Bank customer service.

Job responsibilities

  • Review the customer database
  • Check the daily customer files, identify omissions and take action to address them
  • Conduct analysis and take action to improve the quality of operations and reduce errors
  • Perform other back office functions

Required qualifications

  • University degree
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience
  • Minimum 6 months of work experience in the branch network
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Team player skills
  • Ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Proficiency in accounting and banking software
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of AS-Bank software
  • Excellent command of Armenian, good command of Russian and English

Required candidate level: Mid level
