Synopsys is looking for ASIC Physical Design Engineer to join our entusiastic team.

Job responsibilities
The role will be responsible for
- developing and using backend ASIC design flow from netlist to GDSII & physical verification for validating the std cell libraries.
- Hard macro creation for Logic Libraries Testchips with full physical timing verification.
Required qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Bachelors or Master degree in electronics or electrical engineering (BSEE or MSEE)
- Deep understanding on VLSI technology and Digital Design Flow
- Understanding of timing and design closure aspects
- Deep understanding of PnR tool technology files/options. Must be able to debug physical verification results
- Ability to create hard macros for advanced nodes with IR/timing/physical verification closure
- Ability to debug different customer cases, provide proper feedback and conduct meetings if needed
- Establishes and develops recommendations to solutions
- Networks with teams to drive the work to success
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and team player
