Job responsibilities
YOU SHOULD BE PASSIONATE FOR DOING
Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the e-commerce platform in alignment with business goals and customer needs.
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, including marketing, sales, customer service, and IT teams, to gather and prioritize requirements for new features and enhancements.
User Stories and Acceptance Criteria: Define detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics to guide development efforts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Prioritization: Prioritize features and user stories based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility, balancing short-term goals with long-term vision.
Feature Development: Work closely with development teams to ensure that features are developed according to specifications and delivered on time and within budget.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce performance.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements, feature enhancements, and optimization based on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster collaboration and communication across cross-functional teams, including development, design, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful delivery of e-commerce initiatives.
Required qualifications
TO BE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU NEED TO HAVE
- Proven track record of 3 years as a product owner or manager in e-commerce.
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience in e-commerce technologies and optimization.
- Analytical prowess and problem-solving finesse to drive data-informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in Armenian, Russian and English․
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Agile knowledge of Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Passion for technology, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Required candidate level: Senior
