Job responsibilities
Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners.
Cultivate relationships and provide proactive support to partners via phone, chat, and social media channels.
Offer technical support to partners as needed.
Interpret partner requirements and deliver timely solutions.
Manage partner investment potential in line with established expectations.
Assist partners in understanding their performance by providing industry benchmarks.
Strictly carry out management's assignments.
Escalate issues and concerns to management in a timely manner.
Generate new solutions and approaches and propose them to management.
Required qualifications
Minimum of 6 months of sales or accounting experience, preferably in the FinTech sector, credit organizations, or financial startups.
Mandatory: English B2 minimum, Bengali or Hindi native
Additional (native speaker preferably): Arabic, French, Russian
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in stressful conditions.
Required candidate level: Junior
Salary: 300000 AMD - 600000 AMD Net a month

Full-time position with a 5/2 work schedule.
