Երեմյան Փրոջեքթսը աշխատանքի է հրավիրում Կադրային փաստաթղթաշրջանառության ավագ մասնագետների :

Job responsibilities

ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով կազմել աշխատանքային պայմանագրեր, համաձայնագրեր, անհատական իրավական ակտեր,
Վարել աշխատողների անձնական գործերը,
Տրամադրել տեղեկանքներ աշխատողներին,
Վերահսկել աշխատողների հաճախումը,
Կազմակերպել և իրականացնել աշխատողների հավաքագրումը՝ օգտագործելով համալրման տարբեր աղբյուրներ,
Վարել աշխատողի պրոֆիլի վերաբերյալ տվյալների բազա,
Կազմակերպել աշխատանքից ազատման գործընթացը համաձայն ընթացակարգի
Կազմել հաշվետվություններ և հանդես գալ գործընթացների բարելավման առաջարկություններով:
Ըստ անհրաժեշտության մեկնել գործուղումների ՀՀ մարզեր ,

Required qualifications

Բարձրագույն կրթություն
Առնվազն 4 տարվա մասնագիտական աշխատանքային փորձ,
ՀՀ աշխատանքային օրենսդրության գերազանց իմացություն
Համակարգչային հմտություններ
Պատասխանատվության բարձր զգացում
