Job responsibilities
- Handle phone calls and workplace communications (in English, Russian, and Armenian).
- Update the CRM system with the most recent data.
- Create and distribute announcements.
- Prepare the required paperwork.
- Keep an eye on the availability and placement of office supplies, equipment, and other supplies.
- Plan events and gatherings.
Required qualifications
- Proficient command of Russian, Armenian, and English;
- Proficient communication abilities;
- Detail-oriented;
- Possessing initiative and planning abilities.
Required candidate level: Mid level
