Job responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the exchange, ensuring all systems and processes run smoothly.
- Monitor trading activities, transaction processing, and customer support to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify areas for process optimization and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, including KYC/AML policies.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and features.
- Participate in the development and implementation of efficient processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the financial services or cryptocurrency industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
- Proficiency in budget management, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing operational strategies to drive business growth and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and business management tools.
