Job description:
As a Sales Team Lead in our pharmaceutical company, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by managing our medical representative’s team and developing strong relationships with key customers: doctors and pharmacists. Your leadership will be instrumental in guiding our team to effectively promote our products, foster brand loyalty, and achieve sales targets.

Job responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of medical representatives providing direction, support, and mentorship to ensure their success in meeting sales objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor product offerings and promotional strategies accordingly.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize market share within assigned territories.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse trends, and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize sales effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and support to the MedReps team to ensure that all promotional activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory standards.
Required qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, preferences, develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
