We are actively seeking a skilled and ambitious Strong Mid/Senior Automation QA Engineer to join our dynamic team at Telcell. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and skill development within a collaborative and innovative environment.

Job responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
- Lead the planning and execution of automated test suites for various software projects.
- Define test strategies, create test plans, and execute tests to validate functionality, performance, and scalability across different platforms.
- Establish and enforce quality assurance processes and standards to ensure consistency and effectiveness in testing efforts.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to optimize the QA workflow.
- Investigate, analyze, and prioritize software defects and anomalies identified during testing.
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders to understand root causes and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Document test cases, results, and defects thoroughly to maintain a comprehensive testing repository.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
Required qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks using industry-standard tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright or similar technologies.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, .Net/C#) for test automation purposes. Ability to write clean, maintainable code and troubleshoot scripting issues efficiently.
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and practices, including but not limited to regression testing, functional testing, and integration testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues effectively.
- A team player with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of CI/CD concepts.
