We are recruiting for an interesting position in a friendly team for a company that develops, implements and services production automation solutions.
The position involves promotion to second line support with a further increase in salary over 9-12 months.

Job responsibilities
Reception and registration of customer requests (phone, chat, e-mail), in English, Russian (customer time zone is predominantly GMT+3)
Providing technical support to subscribers on incoming calls from client organizations
Informing subscribers about the results of requests
Monitoring equipment availability and performance
Consulting and assistance in setting up equipment, providing information on working conditions
Required qualifications
Competent speech, kindness
Confident PC user
Higher or incomplete higher technical education
Knowledge of networking principles
Stress resistance, conflict-free
Responsibility, customer focus
Ability to receive and provide information
Desire to develop, gain new knowledge and skills
Knowledge of English at a level not lower than B2, Russian language at least C1.
Experience in technical support of telecommunication services will be your advantage
Required candidate level: Junior
Salary: 600 USD - 680 USD Net a month
