We are excited to present an opportunity to join our team as a Technical support specialist. In this role, you will provide comprehensive support for the IT infrastructure.

Job responsibilities
- Receive user requests via ServiceDesk, mailbox, ip-telephone or directly from users in office;
- Primary diagnostics and solution of system-technical and program-technical problems within the area of responsibility of the system-technical support line;
- Troubleshooting office IT equipment and its internal software (if the fault is at a level accessible to the user or administrator). In the event of a serious hardware failure, the equipment is prepared for transfer to a service center. Upon returning from the service center, the equipment must be checked for malfunction;
- Interaction with specialists from other IT departments of the company (ticket escalation);
- Preparation of instructions and other technical documentation in the corporate WIKI.
Required qualifications
- OS Windows - experience with desktop operating systems at the system administrator level.
- Network - understanding the basic principles of building Local Area Networks (LAN). Knowledge of key network protocols. Ability to diagnose network issues at the user resource level, and knowledge of built-in OS utilities for diagnosing and determining the cause of malfunction or inaccessibility.
- Software - knowledge of fundamental office application software (office suites, archivers, audio-video editors, web browsers), experience in installing and uninstalling software.
- Hardware - solid knowledge of the internal components of Desktop and Laptop PCs. Experience working with office-grade Enterprise multifunction printers. Experience with IP phones and softphones.
- Errors - the ability to read error codes and determine possible causes of OS/software/service malfunctions based on the error code.
- Higher education.
- Proficiency in Russian and English languages.
- Relevant work experience of 3 years and more.
