Обязанности
- Welcome and greet guests
- Do proper registration and room allocation
- Receive payments
- Answer and direct incoming calls
- Inform guests of hotel rates and services, working hours, check in and check out time, breakfast time, type of breakfast
- Make and confirm reservations for guests

- Positive attitude
- Willingness and motivation to learn
- Ability to work with floating shifts
- Good knowledge of Armenian, Russian and English
- Knowledge of Opera PMS System will be an advantage
