We are looking for an objective and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team.

Job responsibilities
- Risk Assessment and Planning: Conduct risk assessments to identify and prioritize areas for internal audit focus.
- Develop and execute comprehensive audit plans based on identified risks and regulatory requirements
- Audit Execution: Perform detailed internal audits of gaming operations, financial processes, and information systems
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Document audit procedures, findings, and recommendations
- Compliance and Regulation: Stay abreast of changes in gaming industry regulations and ensure internal processes align with legal requirements
- Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory issues and maintain a high level of compliance
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics tools to extract insights and trends from financial and operational data
- Identify anomalies, irregularities, or potential areas of concern through data analysis
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare clear and concise audit reports for management, summarizing findings, recommendations, and action plans
- Communicate with various stakeholders to ensure understanding of audit results and facilitate the implementation of corrective actions
- Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations for process improvements and efficiency enhancements
- Collaborate with management to implement best practices and enhance the overall internal control environment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CIA certification is a plus
- Proven experience in internal auditing, preferably within the gaming industry
- Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficient in data analysis tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a results-driven environment
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
