Job description:
Baker Tilly Armenia is looking for a Senior Auditor to join our team.
Senior Auditor will have significant and influential role within the organization reporting to the General Director and being the main interface for key audit customers, responsible for delivering professional assurance services to our clients.

Job responsibilities
Key functions:
- Lead a team of auditors and provide professional audit services to our clients
- Allocate tasks between engagement team members
- Monitor files and audit the completion of working papers in accordance with the standards
- Prepare reports on audit findings, highlighting key issues and recommendations
- Prepare deliverables, reports and other project-related documentation
- Supervise the work of junior staff, take part in coaching of team members and provide on-the-job training for junior colleagues
- Identify upcoming business issues and either mitigate them or turn them into opportunities;
- Interface directly with customers on a regular basis and become the first point of contact for support or escalation
Required qualifications
Qualifications and skills:
- Master degree (preferable in Economics or BA)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS
- At least 3 years of audit experience
- Membership of CAAA is an advantage
- At least 9 ACCA exams completed
- Proficiency in researching accounting and auditing issues
- Good organizational and teamwork skills
- Strong analytics, organizational and presentation skills
- Ability to deliver high-quality services under tight deadlines
- Highly motivated, curious and proactive team player with a positive attitude
- Proficient English language skills
