Job description:
Staff.am partner company is looking for Internal Audit/Reporting Specialist. The Internal Audit Reporting Specialist is responsible for conducting audits of the organization's financial, operational controls. The Specialist will work with senior management and other stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, and to: improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's operations.

Job responsibilities
- Plan and conduct audits of the organization's financial, operational.
- Gather and analyze evidence to assess the effectiveness of controls.
- Prepare audit reports that document findings and recommendations.
- Work with management to implement corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in regulations and industry best practices.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on internal controls.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in internal audit or a related field is desired.
- Experience with crypto, electronic wallets is desired.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Farsi and English are a must, the other languages will be a plus.
- Eager to travel internationally per request.
