• Develop and execute a comprehensive partner development strategy to identify, target, and onboard strategic partners within the poker industry.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, engagement and collaboration.
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate partnership agreements that align with the company's objectives and drive mutual value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, marketing, and legal, to support partner initiatives and ensure seamless execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and driving initiatives to maximize partner success.
• Analyze partner performance metrics and industry trends to identify areas for optimization and growth.
• Develop and deliver partner-facing presentations, proposals, and reports to communicate value propositions, performance insights, and growth opportunities effectively.
• Stay informed about market developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the poker industry, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to establish and strengthen relationships with potential partners.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in partner development, business development, or related roles within the poker industry or online gaming/gambling sector.
• Proficiency in Armenian, Russian and English languages is required.
• Proven track record of successfully negotiating and managing strategic partnerships, preferably within the poker or online gaming industry.
• Deep understanding of the online poker landscape, including key players, market trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive dynamics.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners and internal teams.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex concepts, influence decision-makers, and deliver persuasive presentations.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and derive actionable insights to drive partner success.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets, driving revenue growth, and maximizing partner satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of adaptability and resilience.
• Ethical conduct and integrity, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and compliance.
