Ardy Academy, founded by Renderforest, is a groundbreaking educational initiative focused on the informal education of individuals and teams for key digital professions. Through an intensive training program, the academy aims to equip students with the skills they need for the digital age.
At Ardy Academy, the Educational Program Coordinator oversees and manages educational initiatives and projects. Responsibilities include coordinating projects from initiation to completion, collaborating with stakeholders to define project objectives, monitoring progress, and ensuring alignment with the academy's goals. The position requires strong organizational and communication skills and proficiency in project management tools. A background in education or project management is preferred.

Coordinate educational projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and timelines.
Manage project resources, track progress, and mitigate risks.
Facilitate communication between project team members and stakeholders.
Provide regular updates on project status and outcomes.
Support the implementation of educational initiatives and programs.
Coordinate Admission Process
Support E-Learning Video Content Creation
Evaluate project processes and outcomes for continuous improvement.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination or management (preferably in the educational field).
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Good English skills both verbal and written.
Experience in project management tools and software.
Any involvement in video creation, editing motion, and multimedia production is a plus.
Knowledge of educational principles and practices is preferred.
