• Meticulous Data Management: Maintain personnel records and internal databases with precision and accuracy.

• Strategic HR Analytics: Utilize advanced analytics tools to draw actionable insights from HR data, including turnover rates, employee engagement and performance metrics.

• Comprehensive HR Documents: Prepare detailed HR documents, employment contracts and insightful reports derived from HR analytics.

• Personnel Liaison: Be the first point of contact for personnel queries, utilizing both hard skills and soft skills to offer effective solutions.

• Payroll Support: Collecting and providing relevant employee information derived from HR analytics, ensuring seamless operations.

• Analytical Proficiency: Expertise in HR analytics tools, data analysis and reporting techniques.

• Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Armenian, English and Russian languages, both verbal and oral communications.
