Softconstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Interact closely with external customers to negotiate and finalize agreements with vendors and service providers.
Understand and apply incoterms and shipping options to optimize procurement and logistics processes.
Communicate effectively with leads and customers via email to ensure clarity and efficiency in all transactions.
Track all appointments, sales, complaints and status reports to maintain organized and up-to-date records.
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery timelines, and pricing to ensure compliance with organizational requirements and expectations.
Adhere strictly to established procurement policies and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in procurement or event management.
Excellent knowledge of the English language, with proficiency level of C1.
Proficiency in the Armenian and Russian languages.
In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and procedures.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting goals and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and a high emphasis on accuracy.
Ability to organize and work efficiently in stressful situations.
