Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

• Understand Partner Needs: Meet new partners to learn what they need and show them how our solutions work
• Plan for Go-Live: Decide when and how the partner will start using our solutions, based on what they need
• Set Up and Test: Get everything set up for the partner and make sure it all works as it should
• Answer Questions: Help partners with any questions or small changes they need
• Keep in Touch with Partners: Be the main person partners talk to when they have questions or need help
• Visit Partners: Sometimes go to the partner's location to help them get started or train their team
• Feedback and Improvements: Listen to what partners say about our products and suggest how we can make them better
• Monitor Operations: Keep an eye on how our solutions are working for partners and solve any big problems that come up
• Sales Support: Assist the sales team by answering technical questions, providing product demonstrations, and conducting internal training to enhance their understanding of our solutions
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to organize the flow of product showcases at expos, including setting up, managing demonstrations, and providing internal training to ensure a consistent and compelling presentation of our products
• Account Management Support: Provide support to account managers by answering queries, offering detailed explanations of our solutions, and conducting training sessions to ensure they are well-equipped to manage client relationships
• Technical Coordination: Collaborate with the tech team and QA specialists to accurately convey client requirements, facilitate task distribution, and negotiate timelines and priorities to meet client expectations effectively
• Manage Documents: Keep records of all the important details about partners and projects
• Report Regularly: Regularly tell the company how things are going with partners, what's working well, and what could be better

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or Engineering, required
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in business operations management, account management, or a similar role in a B2B environment
• Good knowledge in English and Russian languages
• Clear and effective communication for explaining solutions, negotiating with partners, and coordinating with teams
• Good understanding of sports betting platforms to troubleshoot and manage technical requirements
• Quick thinking to resolve issues, ensuring smooth operations and partner satisfaction
• Organize and execute projects efficiently, from planning to go-live and beyond
• Flexibility to handle changing situations and requirements, keeping up with industry trends and partner needs
