SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ

Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.
Identify, assess, and monitor potential risks associated with the organization's operations, financial activities, and market conditions.
Develop and maintain risk management frameworks, methodologies, and tools to enhance risk identification, measurement, and reporting capabilities.
Conduct assessments to define and analyze possible risks for such products as Sportsbook and online games.
Evaluate and forecast potential losses while determining solutions to minimize or eliminate risks.
Provide guidance and mentorship to team members of the risk management, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
Knowledge of English, Russian and Armenian is essential.
Experience in risk management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
Excellent mathematical and statistical analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and models.
Proficiency in using risk management tools and software applications.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to details.
Proven leadership and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and products.
