We are actively seeking a talented and dynamic Senior UX Researcher who has strong understanding in the iGaming products (sportsbook, casino, etc) industry to join our team. As a key player in our user experience efforts, you will be responsible for executing a diverse range of research methods aimed at achieving our project goals.
As a Senior UX Researcher, you will lead and execute comprehensive user research initiatives, working in tandem with cross-functional teams including product managers and designers. We seek candidates with extensive experience in leveraging sophisticated UX research methodologies and tools to drive product innovation and excellence. Your expertise will be pivotal in guiding strategic design decisions aimed at elevating user satisfaction and engagement. We are seeking an individual deeply committed to unraveling user motivations and behaviors, with a demonstrated knack for transforming insights into impactful enhancements.

• Lead collaborative efforts with designers and stakeholders to identify and prioritize research needs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Develop comprehensive research strategies encompassing a range of qualitative and quantitative methodologies
• Plan and execute complex moderated and/or unmoderated user research studies utilizing advanced remote testing tools and platforms
• Execute advanced analytics tools and methodologies to analyze large and complex datasets, extracting actionable insights and trends
• Transform raw data into meaningful formats for analysis and reporting, employing statistical methods and data visualization techniques where appropriate
• Design and execute strategic surveys that follow valuable insights for informing product development decisions, relying on methodological expertise and best practices
• Provide mentorship to junior researchers and contribute to their professional growth and development within the organization
• Deliver compelling presentations and reports that effectively communicate research findings, insights, and recommendations to cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and executives

Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ

• Bachelor's/Master’s degrees on human behavior related field (Sociology, Psychology, HCI)
• 5+ years of experience in UX research, with a proven track record of leading impactful research projects
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Proficiency in a wide range of UX research methodologies and tools, including but not limited to user interviews, surveys, A/B testing, and heatmaps
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying research findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders
• Passion for understanding user behaviors and motivations, with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences
• Experience working in agile development environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation
• Experience in contributing to UX research strategy and product roadmaps is a plus
