We are searching for a specialist for the position of System Administrator for the local IT helpdesk and support in Yerevan location. The second stage is promotion to the global teams depend on knowledge and experience in specific areas.
Technology Stack & Infrastructure Microsoft Windows, macOS, Linux, network technologies (AD, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, VLAN, group policies).

Աշխատանքային պարտականություններ
- Setting up and maintaining new workstations: Configure and deploy hardware and software for new employees
- Configuring and supporting network equipment: Ensure seamless connectivity and troubleshoot network issues
- Installing and configuring peripheral devices: Set up printers, scanners, and other peripherals
- Ensuring uninterrupted operation of office workstations and IT infrastructure: Monitor system performance and address any disruptions promptly
- Timely researching, resolving, responding, and troubleshooting user issues/problems/questions: Provide efficient technical support to end-users
- Maintenance of technical documentation: Keep accurate records of system configurations and changes
- Performance of routine maintenance, applications, and incidents: Regularly update software, perform backups, and manage incidents
- Following security and compliance best practices: Implement security measures and adhere to industry standards
Անհրաժեշտ հմտություններ
- Proficient in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows: Familiarity with Windows Server and desktop operating systems
- Confident knowledge of network technologies: Understand Active Directory (AD), DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, VLAN, and group policies
- Strong skills in Windows, MacOS, and Linux: Comfortable working across different platforms
- Good soft skills: Effective communication with internal customers and colleagues
- Initiative, teamwork, ability, and desire to multitask: Adaptability and collaboration are essential
- Spoken English

- Experience with VMWare ESXi: Virtualization expertise
- Experience with PowerShell scripts: Automate tasks and streamline processes
- Windows Servers administration experience: Manage server environments
- Managing access rights and File Server service quotas: Ensure data security and efficient file management
- Experience with Zabbix and Syslog: Monitoring and logging tools
- Certifications: MCSA, MCSE, and other relevant vendor certifications are highly valued
