An HR Specialist is a professional responsible for monitoring all Human Resource functions. They prepare compensation and benefits packages, set up company policies, maintain updated employee records and ensure a healthy workplace by providing HR procedures.

Servier representative office in Armenia is looking for HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions.
HR Specialist responsibilities include preparing compensation and benefits packages, setting up company policies and maintaining updated employee records. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation.
In addition, the specialist will be responsible for the Compliance management in the company according to the policies and rules settled in the company.

Job responsibilities
- Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
- Prepare and review employee documents in accordance with the legislation of Armenia.
- Administer insurance programs (health, life, CASCO, APPA)
- Implement training and development plans together with Training Manager
- Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
- Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for (e.g extra vacation days)
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions along with salary records.
- Forecast hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.
- Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
- Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
- Conduct quarterly and annual compliance reviews to monitor adherence to rules and regulations.
- Develop compliance strategies or programs for the company in line with local and company’s rules.
- Evaluate team members' knowledge of policies and educate them on work-related laws and regulations.
- Improve areas of the business to ensure all departments meet requirements.
- Identify and assess potential risks and develop plans to minimize or eliminate them.
- Work with upper management to address ethical violations or compliance issues and find solutions.
Required qualifications
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process in Armenia
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Review risk management priorities set by the board.
- Conduct audits, be it internal or environmental.
- Develop strategies for risk management.
- Work experience in international companies
- Languages: English, Russian
