Job responsibilities

Organize and structure the recruitment process, identify recruitment needs
Coordinate the hiring process with team leads
Create and post job descriptions on job boards, ads, career portals, etc.
Keep in touch with passive candidates by crafting and send personalized recruiting emails
Organize the interviewing process with candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
Develop the recruitment policies, strategies & processes to ensure vacancies are filled in an effective and timely manner
Participate in job fairs and career events

Required qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
5+ years of experience in recruitment
Experience in International recruitment is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple competing priorities with excellent follow-through skills
Extremely detail-oriented and well organized
Fluent in English and Russian languages
