Job description:
We’re looking for the first (and only) recruiter at TraceAir. Currently, we have a global team of 150+ spread across continents. The recruiter will help us close various positions in different teams. Some teams will prefer to assign you the whole process, and for the others you can help at certain stages of the funnel.
Our teams
These teams are based in the USA, however, some of their open positions will be remote, and we will hire outside the USA
- Marketing
- Sales
- Customer Success
- Operations
These teams are based outside the USA with the main hub now in Yerevan, Armenia

- Designers

Job responsibilities
- Develop recruiting & headhunting processes for different teams
- Identify the markets we can source the candidates from (e.g. relocates from CIS, graduates from XXX university)
- Design evaluation frameworks for candidates of various levels
- Screen the candidates (from junior to senior levels)
- Actively headhunt the candidates
- Community management (to create a pool of hot leads)
Required qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Russian languages
- Proven results in recruiting for senior-level positions in IT
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting
- Experience in building recruitment processes & pipelines
Required candidate level: Mid level
Salary: 1500 USD - 2500 USD Gross a month

What we offer
- You’ll be in charge of 2-4 open positions at one time
- Monthly remuneration from USD 1500 to 2500 GROSS based on your experience (the amount will be fixed in the currency of the country that you live in)
