Job description:

Median Hotel | City Center Yerevan is looking for a night-shift ( working hours - 20:00 p.m. -09:00 a.m.) and a day-shift ( working hours - 09:00 a.m.-20:00 p.m.) administrator-receptionists. The working experience is not a must.

Job responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Checking in and checking out guests, allocating rooms
  • Answering guests' questions and handling their requests
  • Dealing with special requests, such as room service, taxi bookings or wake-up calls
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Checking guests' bills and taking their credit, debit card or cash payments.
  • Organizing tours for the guest all arround Armenia

Required qualifications

YOU SHOULD

  • Have a “can-do” attitude;
  • Be professional & calm at all times, with the ability to handle challenging situations;
  • Be computer literate;
  • Demonstrate flexibility;
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills;
  • Have a positive attitude along with good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner;
  • Be able to work under pressure;
  • Have the ability to work in a team environment;
  • Have good knowledge of English and Russian.
