Median Hotel | City Center Yerevan is looking for a night-shift ( working hours - 20:00 p.m. -09:00 a.m.) and a day-shift ( working hours - 09:00 a.m.-20:00 p.m.) administrator-receptionists. The working experience is not a must.

Job responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Checking in and checking out guests, allocating rooms
- Answering guests' questions and handling their requests
- Dealing with special requests, such as room service, taxi bookings or wake-up calls
- Providing excellent customer service
- Checking guests' bills and taking their credit, debit card or cash payments.
- Organizing tours for the guest all arround Armenia
Required qualifications
YOU SHOULD
- Have a “can-do” attitude;
- Be professional & calm at all times, with the ability to handle challenging situations;
- Be computer literate;
- Demonstrate flexibility;
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills;
- Have a positive attitude along with good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner;
- Be able to work under pressure;
- Have the ability to work in a team environment;
- Have good knowledge of English and Russian.
