Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, possesses exceptional interpersonal communication skills, and demonstrates a proven track record of success in B2B and B2C sales.

Job responsibilities

  • Identify and develop partnerships with international travel agencies that align with our interests to successfully establish sales channels for our products.
  • Identify and target potential corporate clients, with a particular focus on local IT companies, large corporate organizations, non-profit entities, and international organizations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers within these companies and organizations, understanding their unique travel needs and preferences.
  • Develop customized travel solutions that incorporate the diverse range of travel experiences offered by 2492 Travel, ensuring a tailored approach to meet each client's requirements.
  • Proactively prospect for new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and referrals.
  • Collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to leverage promotional materials and create compelling sales presentations that showcase our unique travel offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and strategic partnerships.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently driving revenue growth and expanding our client base.
  • Advocate for sustainable and transparent business practices within Armenia’s travel sector as a representative of 2492 Travel.

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the travel or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Russian, and Armenian, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and negotiate.
  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive in initiating both online and in-person client meetings, actively participating in industry events.
